You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin, simply contact us at support@rubiellelondon.com or via WhatsApp with your order number — our team will confirm the next steps and the return address.

Once your return has been confirmed, please dispatch the piece within 15 days. We recommend using a tracked, insured service and retaining your proof of postage.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except where the piece is faulty or not what you ordered — in which case Rubielle London will cover the cost of the return.

To qualify for a refund, the piece must be returned in exactly the condition in which it was sent: unworn, undamaged and complete, together with its certificate of authenticity, original packaging and all accompanying materials. Pieces that show signs of wear, alteration or damage, or that are returned incomplete, cannot be refunded.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. We will notify you by email at each stage.

If you would prefer a different size or a different piece, our team will be delighted to arrange an exchange — simply let us know when you contact us.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us straight away. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will offer a repair, replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
