COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Lifetime Warranty

At Rubielle, we believe that jewellery created to endure should be accompanied by a commitment designed to last just as long.

Every Rubielle piece is therefore covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which confirms the authenticity of the materials used and covers manufacturing defects arising from the production process.

Our warranty has no expiry date. It reflects the confidence we place in the materials we select and the standards applied throughout the creation of every piece.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, impact, improper use, alterations or repairs carried out by third parties, natural wear over time, or loss of the jewellery.

Should your piece ever require assessment, our team will review it carefully and advise on the most appropriate solution while preserving Rubielle’s quality standards.

More than a warranty, it is a reflection of the confidence we place in every piece that carries the Rubielle name.

Certifications

The authenticity of a jewel deserves the same attention as its creation.

At Rubielle, certification is not simply documentation accompanying a piece. It is part of our commitment to transparency, authenticity and quality, providing clear information about the materials and gemstones selected for each creation.

Our certification varies according to the gemstone and collection.

Rubielle Moissanite pieces are accompanied by our dual-certification process, while selected lab-grown gemstone collections are supplied with independent gemmological certification where applicable. Natural gemstone pieces are accompanied by Rubielle documentation confirming the materials and provenance information associated with the creation.

GRA & Rubielle London Certification

GRA — Global Gemological Research Association
RLC — Rubielle London Certification

Rubielle Moissanite is accompanied by a dual-certification process, created to provide an additional level of identification, traceability and assurance.

The GRA certificate records the stated gemmological characteristics of the moissanite, together with its technical specifications and an individual identification number where applicable.

Each qualifying piece is also accompanied by the Rubielle London Certification (RLC), issued by Rubielle London. The RLC confirms that the gemstone and jewellery have been supplied in accordance with Rubielle’s own quality specifications and records the relevant details of the creation.

Together, the GRA documentation and Rubielle London Certification provide an additional record of the identity and specifications of Rubielle Moissanite.

IGI & Provenance Certification

Selected collections featuring lab-grown gemstones are accompanied by certification from the International Gemological Institute (IGI) where specified.

An independent gemmological report provides technical information relating to the gemstone and its assessed characteristics, offering additional transparency regarding the stone supplied with the piece.

For natural gemstones, certification varies according to the gemstone, size and individual creation. Where an independent laboratory report is not supplied, the piece is accompanied by a Rubielle London Provenance Certificate, recording the gemstone and material information associated with the jewel.

A Rubielle London Provenance Certificate is issued by Rubielle London and should not be interpreted as an independent gemmological laboratory report.

Across every collection, our gemstones and materials are selected through a considered sourcing process, with each creation held to the quality standards that define Rubielle London.

Everyday Wear & Exposure

Rubielle jewellery is crafted in 18k gold vermeil and with a substantial 10-micron white rhodium plating, providing excellent resistance for everyday wear while helping preserve the brilliance and finish of each piece over time.

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower, pool or sea?

Yes. Rubielle jewellery is designed to accompany you through everyday life. Our pieces can be worn in the shower, in the pool, at the beach and in regular contact with water.

Are there any restrictions?

We only recommend avoiding frequent contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, solvents and household cleaning products, as is advisable with any quality jewellery regardless of material.

Jewellery Care

Should I clean my jewellery?

Yes, absolutely! Consider it essential.

A few minutes of regular care can make a remarkable difference, helping preserve the brilliance, clarity and finish of your jewellery over time.

1. Prepare

Fill a small bowl with warm water and add a few drops of mild soap.

2. Soak

For pieces suitable for water cleaning, allow the jewellery to soak for approximately 5–10 minutes if additional cleaning is required.

3. Clean gently

Using a soft-bristled brush, gently clean the surface of the jewellery and carefully reach around settings and other detailed areas.

4. Rinse and dry

Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry carefully using a soft, lint-free cloth.

Allow the piece to dry completely before storing or wearing it again.

How often should I clean my jewellery?

Regular wear: approximately once a week, or whenever the piece begins to lose its usual brilliance.

Occasional wear: approximately once a month, or as required.

Can I use an ultrasonic cleaner?

Only when the gemstone and construction of the piece are suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.

Although ultrasonic cleaning is widely used in jewellery care, certain natural gemstones, treatments and settings require more delicate handling and should not be placed in an ultrasonic cleaner.

If you are unsure whether your Rubielle piece is suitable, please contact our team before using one.
